    Qualifications:

    8+ years experience with at least 3 years working at an advertising agency (preferred)

    Minimum of 2+ years management experience leading, managing and motivating a team

    5+ years digital marketing experience required including digital strategy, implementation, and production

    3+ years CRM experience

    Must have integrated experience with both digital and Direct/CRM

    Experience working on Consumer accounts preferred
